Information you send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you type. We use that only to read and reply. We do not sell that information and we do not add you to a mailing list. The message is emailed to the address above. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or medical records through the form.
The company that hosts the site may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and operations. Those logs are not used by us to build an advertising profile.
Cookies
The contact form uses a short-lived session cookie so the form cannot be submitted over and over in a few seconds. That cookie is not an advertising cookie.
Pages do not currently run third-party advertising. If advertising is added later through Google AdSense, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads, including on visits to this site and to other sites. If ads are turned on for visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, a consent choice will be shown before personalized ads run.
What we do not collect on purpose
Accounts, comments, and social logins are not offered. There is no public user profile. Do not send sensitive information we did not ask for.
How long we keep messages
Contact email is kept long enough to answer and to keep a record of a correction or a complaint, then deleted when it is no longer needed for that purpose.
Children
The site is written for adults who clean a home. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
